Once your order has been placed, you can't wait for it to arrive!

We do everything we can to ship your placed order as quickly as possible. The order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you order before 4:30 PM, your order will (in most cases) be shipped the same day! (Mon to Thurs). Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the next working day.

NB! Check in advance whether your address has been filled in completely and correctly. If there is an error here, unfortunately we cannot do anything for you. This is your own responsibility.

Please note that letterbox mail is not delivered on Mondays.

The shipping costs for letterbox post are €2.50* Your package will be sent by letterbox post, so no Track and Trace code is available. We do send an email in advance when the product has been shipped.

Would you rather have a Track and Trace code? Then you can check the Letterbox package option. There is a choice of three carriers: DHL, PostNL and DPD. The costs start from €3.90.

The larger packages (for bags and clothing) are also sent with Track and Trace.

Deliver to a collection point? Which can!

However, this is only available for larger packages, the other orders can be delivered to the letterbox. You don't have to stay at home for this.

The letterbox orders are shipped with PostNL.
